A Step Forward in Development and Attracting Foreign Investment
Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of Mag of Life, clarified that the company introduced these eight mansions in response to increased demand and high interest from local and international investors seeking luxurious premium developments in Dubai.
He asserted that their high-end constructions, which are situated in some of Dubai’s most growth-oriented residential neighbourhoods, are a tribute to this significant milestone. He added that the emirate’s welcoming policies and vibrant economic environment significantly influenced the real estate market.
They work relentlessly to boost FDI and strengthen the emirate’s position through creative real estate projects that surpass the expectations of foreign investors as a catalyst for the expansion of this great metropolis. He declared that they would keep working to further firmly establish Dubai’s position on the global real estate map.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences’ Structure and Design
Each of the recently revealed mansions has eight bedrooms, four storeys (basement + G + 2), a majlis, a spa, a theatre room, and an exclusive gym with state-of-the-art equipment. The two architectural themes available for homes measure 46,648.2 square feet for the earth and 46,648.2 square feet for water (45,927.24 square feet).
The Earth Mansion’s understated construction depicts a setting open to the breath-taking ocean view but hidden from the street and in constant interaction with its surroundings. The patio and living rooms become one sizable greeting area with panoramic views when the sliding glass doors are opened. From the moment they are seen from the entryway, the stunning waterfront views are elegantly framed.
The climatological characteristics of the area and natural factors were carefully considered when designing the water mansion. The building has been updated to let in the maximum natural light without overheating the internal spaces, taking seasonal variations in the sun into account. The mansion’s architecture and the stronger breezes along the creek side cause air to cool the structure’s exterior and outdoor spaces. The idea was developed to highlight the region’s intrinsic attractiveness and was inspired by its historical significance and scenic beauty.
